Thanks for your comments Anon.
You can have a look at the verdict on the grocer's ads here: www.retail-week.com/events/christmas/grocers-christmas-ads-are-they-a-hit-or-a-miss/5065936.articleHello,
Apologies. We've managed to miss off some photos. Will add the others now!
thanks, Victoria

Hi Anon,
You can read more about the award winners here: http://www.fashionretailacademy.ac.uk/news_news/59/celebrating-success-at-the-fra-awards-2012.html
thanks, VictoriaHi Ian,
The connectivity is only in the stations so it fades when you are in the tunnel. Enough time to load up a few tweets or open a website though - but could be very annoying if you're trying to check out! The novelty of being able to check Facebook underground won't wear off for a while though!
VicComments from around Retail-Week.com...
"How many months did this take to write - Mary - I could have written this in an hour!"
"Pluff & fluff PR. How much did this review cost I wonder?"
"The best way to regenerate town centres has got to be free/lower town centre car parking charges dependent on the mix of multiples/size of shopping space - easily available information. A tax on out of town centres will only lead to higher prices for everyone.
I can't see a 'Market Day' working - who wants to start up a business for one day.
Does Mary live on thesame planet as the rest of us? "
"I found Mary's recommendations very refreshing, interesting, uncomplicated and well worth taking forward.
Why is it always so necessary to write a manual which we dont have time to read or understand.
Very well done Mary Portas !"
"Travel and parking costs definately need to be reduced to encourage consumers to shop in store more. I don't necessarily see the benefits of promoting markets, as i have never enjoyed this type of shopping. I guess the bargain aspect would apeal to a lot of people.
I think high street/town centres should have more customer nights. In Italy throughout the summer, towns have one night a week were shops/bars stay open late and have free entertainment (local bands etc...). It's not something where business have to spend money to 'gift' customers (like vip day) bit just a way of creating an atmosphere and sense of community."
What do you think?Yes Jason, you're spot on there. But it is an interesting measure all the same I think.
I will try and look at engagement metrics but these are obviously more difficult to gauge.Hi Anon,
That's a great point. I've changed it so that these articles are free.
Thanks for the feedback,
Victoria
