Fashion etailer Asos has launched a new plus-size range which has gone live on its site today, Asos Curve.
The own-label range includes dresses, tops, bottoms, outerwear and swimwear in sizes 20-26.
The etailer said the capsule collection consists of “key trend-led pieces including jersey, tailoring, knitwear and outerwear taken from the main own-label range and adapted to fit the curvier figure.”
Every season the collection will be updated and Asos said it also plans to expand the collection and introduce specific pieces designed especially for the range.
In the 42 weeks to January 17 sales for the etailer grew 38%, with its UK sales growing 25% year on year and its burgeoning international business up 102%.
This week it has also hired a new marketing director, Clare Dobbie to help push its brand on an international level.
