Frasers Group has acquired fast fashion brand I Saw It First.
The group added the retailer to its roster almost two months after it acquired Missguided.
I Saw It First was founded in 2017 by Jalal Kamani, Boohoo co-founder and brother to Boohoo chair Mahmud.
The fashion brand currently has around 5 million active customers.
Frasers said in a statement that it was “looking forward” to integrating I Saw It First into the business and that it would “benefit from the strength and scale of Frasers Group’s platform and from the integration with Frasers’ recently acquired business Missguided”.
The move marks part of Frasers boss Michael Murray’s plans to plug the gaps in the retail group’s expertise.
Frasers said at the time of the Missguided acquisition that it was seeking to grow its portfolio to target the young, female consumer.
