Former Tesco veteran David Potts was decorated by the Queen last week.

Potts, who spent 39 years at the grocer, most recently as chief executive of its Asian business before his retirement last year, was appointed a CBE for his services to employment, skills and apprenticeships in retail. He collected it with his partner Jane Holt.
