McGinley, who has played a key role in the world-famous bookstore's expansion, left the retailer last month.
Browne has been with the company for more than five years and will continue to take responsibility for the financing of Foyles' development programme. Wordley joined Foyles as marketing manager four years ago and will continue to head sales, marketing and product development.
Christopher Foyle said: 'They have both played an invaluable part in the regeneration of Foyles.'
