Gamestation has relaunched its web site with a revamped infrastructure and easier-to-navigate site, in an effort to increase its number of online shoppers in the run-up to Christmas.

The Game-owned retailer is also stepping up its ad spend with TV and internet campaigns, along with an e-mail campaign.

Gamestation said the speed at which customers receive their online orders has also improved.

Andrew Thompson, head of remote shopping at Gamestation, said: “With online shopping continually growing, we want to ensure Gamestation continues to cater for all our customers’ needs. This is only the first refresh; we plan to further adapt and enhance the site in line with our customers’ evolving purchasing habits.”
