Hobbycraft launches new app with loyalty rewards and discounts for customers

The app aims to simplify the shopping experience and provides users with more than 20,000 craft tools, accessories and projects with access to popular items that cater to crocheting, baking, art, sewing, jewellery making, home storage and parties.

Customers who download the app can also sign up to Hobbycraft Club, which provides access to discounts and rewards including: 15% off first purchase, free £5 gift voucher on their birthday, and loyalty vouchers and discounts.

By signing up to the Hobbycraft Club, customers will be given a digital Club card through the app, which can be used in store and online to build up loyalty points for extra discounts and vouchers.

App users will be first in line to receive information on new product launches, project arrivals on the Ideas Hub and limited-time discount codes. 

Users can also personalise their app profile page and add their local store, helping to identify which products are in stock when browsing.

Customers can opt for home delivery or click and collect when purchasing via the app. The retailer offers free delivery on orders over £25 and click and collect is availble for orders over £10 from every store nationwide.
