May 15, 10am-10.40am, online
Against a backdrop of tax contribution hikes, US-imposed tariffs and cautious consumer spending, transforming shoppers into brand superfans is critical to unlocking sustainable growth.
But with a staggering 73% of UK consumers worried about the high cost of living and just 8% of shoppers saying they are increasing their spend, Retail Week’s annual How They’ll Spend It report brings the importance of implementing a winning customer loyalty strategy into sharp focus.
In a market driven by price and convenience, how can retailers gain a genuine understanding of their customers to build trust, differentiate themselves and ultimately turn fickle shoppers into true brand advocates?
Join Retail Week, SheerID, Seasalt, Spar UK and Vinted for this free virtual event on how to attract, delight and convert consumers into brand superfans in 2025.
