  • Oh dear. What a mess their new site is.

    Problems all over the site. A shame for the beginning of their new life.

    Who built this for them and who is leading their e-com business?

    Their auto address system did not select any addresses I entered, came up with options of 1,1,1 and K,K,K and the drop downs had no other addresses in the road?

    Delivery of a basic mattress quoted for 6-8 weeks? What? Who would have confidence to buy when it has major basic flaws?


    Was it tested at all?
