Asda chair Leighton has launched cost-cutting with management shake-up
Allan Leighton has initiated his first major restructuring since returning to Asda, eliminating several regional manager positions as part of a shake-up aimed at improving performance.
In a memo on January 7, Asda reportedly announced consolidation of its operational structure, reducing the number of management sub-regions.
