Health supplement retailer Holland & Barrett is starting its largest ever TV ad campaign this week.
The£3.4 million campaign kicks off today, with eight 30-second ads and 34 different 10-second commercials that will run over the next year. The ads will highlight the retailer's 'better-than-half-price' promotional campaign.
The nuts and pills chain chose Newcastle agency Guerilla Communications to produce the commercials.
Holland & Barrett is continuing to integrate its recent acquisitions - UK chain GNC, bought in March, and Dutch chain De Tuinen, which it took over in May.
GNC offers more sports nutrition goods and includes seven stores on US army bases. Both groups are keeping their own branding, and EPoS solutions are being installed at the moment to link up the group's three logistics, stock and supply systems.
Holland & Barrett is also opening stores in Edinburgh, Manchester and Portadown in Northern Ireland in the next few weeks.
