DFS profits surge as consumers spend on their homes

Furniture specialist DFS has posted an increase in full-year sales and profits as consumers spent on their homes during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The retailer also reported that orders have remained strong in the new financial year so far and that it should meet earnings expectations, despite challenges such as supply chain disruption.
