Missguided hires advisers to explore sale option

Missguided has hired Rothschild to explore options for a sale or float of the business, Sky News reported.

The review would lead to an effort to bring in outside investors in 2018 or 2019.

Missguided and Rothschild declined to comment.

High court agrees Tesco and Serious Fraud Office settlement

The high court has approved a settlement deal between Tesco and the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), The Guardian reported.

The approval, made by judge Sir Brian Leveson, involves Tesco paying a £129m fine over its accounting scandal.

Reporting restrictions do not allow judgment and details about the SFO’s investigation to be published.

The SFO would not comment until reporting restrictions were lifted.
