Morley Fund Management has agreed three new lettings at the 250,000 sq ft (23,225 sq m) Swan Walk Shopping Centre, at Horsham, West Sussex.
Viyella is taking a two-storey 1,720 sq ft (160 sq m) unit opposite Marks & Spencer in the centre's prime pitch. The landlord agreed a lease surrender from former tenant Thorntons before granting Viyella a 15-year lease at£57,000 a year, with a four-month rent-free period.
Virginware is opening its 13th store next to M&S. It has taken a 3,240 sq ft (300 sq m)unit over two floors on a five-year lease at£60,000 a year or 10 per cent of turnover, whichever is greater. A three-month rent-free period was agreed.
In addition, Cafe Bellini has taken 2,615 sq ft (245 sq m) on a 10-year lease at a stepped rent averaging£44,000 a year, after three months rent free.
