Borders is to take its first unit in East Anglia.
The US-owned bookstore has signed for a 25,000 sq ft (2,320 sq m) flagship store at Chapelfield in Norwich.
The£275 million mixed-use scheme is being developed by Lend Lease in partnership with Capital Shopping Centres.
The store will be located at one of the main entrances to the centre, fronting onto the Chapelfield Plain.
Other recent lettings include HMV, which has taken an additional 8,400 sq ft (780 sq m) unit to complement its existing store in the town. Two footwear retailers, Dune and Office, have taken 2,240 sq ft (210 sq m) and 3,200 sq ft (300 sq m) respectively.
These latest deals mean the scheme is now almost 90 per cent let. The scheme's letting agents are DTZ and Francis Darrah, which are quoting rents based on prime rentals of£220 Zone A for the remaining space.
