Asos chief financial officer Helen Ashton is to leave the online fashion giant later this year.
Asos said that Ashton will step down from the board on April 30 but “will remain in employment until 31 August to ensure an orderly handover”.
Ashton was appointed to her role in September 2015, and before that held senior finance roles at Asda and GUS.
At Asos she succeeded Nick Beighton, who became chief executive, as CFO.
Beighton will now also cover for Ashton until her replacement is found.
Asos said: “The board expresses its appreciation for the contribution that Helen has made to the Group during her tenure and wishes her all the very best in the next stage of her career.”
Asos has been performing strongly. In the four months to December 31, 2017, retail sales rose 30%. In the core UK market, sales advanced 23%.
