Laura Ashley has said its chief financial officer and company secretary is to resign from the furniture and homeware retailer for personal reasons.
Rebecca Navarednam will resign with effect from September 30, the company said.
Laura Ashley said it has appointed Seán Anglim as CFO and Kien Mun Ho as company secretary and group financial controller with effect from October 1.
The company has also appointed Nick Kaloyirou and Clive Barrett as joint chief operating officers with effect from the same date.
Earlier this month, Laura Ashley reported a 6.3% rise in half-year sales to £127.8m, but a fall in pre-tax profit — down to £1.1 million, from £4.7 million in 2008, due to £5.5 million of exchange-rate losses.
