Tesco is moving into the car parts trade when it launches a tyre-selling service online next month.

Britain’s biggest supermarket has teamed up with tyre specialist BlackCircles.com to launch Tesco Tyres, according to The Sun.

Customers will be able to order tyres online and take their cars to one of 1,200 affiliated garages to have them fitted.

Tesco has also recently moved into the cash-for-gold market.
