Trio signed for Halkins

Benchmark has attracted three new tenants to The Halkins, its revamped shopping district around Motcomb Street in London's Belgravia. Starbucks is opening a concept coffee shop at 19 Motcomb Street; Italian tailor Gio Genco has opened at 21 Motcomb Street; and Asian restaurant operator Masala World is to open a high-end concept Indian restaurant called Amaya in September. The area comprises 40 retail and cafe units, alongside the Waitrose food hall, covering more than 37,674 sq ft (3,500 sq m).
