Exclusive: TOFS to bring back physical club card and extend club pricing

The discount retailer is updating its loyalty scheme so physical club card holders can benefit from the same exclusive member prices available to TOFS Club+ app holders when they shop in store.

TOFS has brought back its physical club card so customers without smartphone access can also benefit from club pricing.

Physical club card holders will now benefit from exclusive member-only savings on selected products; TOFS scratchcards offering prizes of up to £250 to spend in store and more; and the ability to support local charities when they swipe their club card in store.

Members who sign up to the physical loyalty card will also be able to upgrade to the TOFS Club+ app by registering via their chosen app store to receive additional rewards and benefits. 

Customers signed up to the app will have access to a hub that showcases the latest exclusive member prices, rewards and information on the latest products.

TOFS managing director Phil Briggs said: “The Original Factory Shop member pricing delivered through the app has proven such a success that we wanted to extend these exclusive savings to all our members that don’t have access to a smartphone.

“A physical club card offers some of our customers ease and reintroducing it means they can be confident that every time they shop with us they will be rewarded with exclusive member prices, the chance to win great prizes and more. We want to be here for everyone in our local communities.”
