Sales for Swedish fashion giant H&M have continued to rise, soaring 20% in June compared to the same month last year.

Like-for-like sales across the group were also strong, ahead 9% for the period.

H&M now has 2,062 stores compared to 1,0827 at the same time last year.

H&M last month announced that it will launch its first ecommerce offer in the UK in September. It will also bring its homewares offer to UK shoppers for the first time in September online and in its Oxford Street store.
