Young fashion retailer Republic has restructured its management team to support aggressive growth.
Republic wants to open another 12 shops in the UK and Ireland this year.
Chief executive Tim Whitworth said he has restructured the team to “support growth”.
Founder Carl Brewins, previously buying director, has taken up the new role of brand director. He will oversee the expansion and development of the brand.
Joint brand manager Guy Daltry has been promoted to director of buying and merchandising, while Nick Preston will continue in his role as brand manager. Daltry also wants to hire for the new positions of head of menswear, head of design and head of merchandising.
Whitworth said the changes will “strengthen the management team”.
