Clothing retailer C&A has rolled out click-and-collect services across its operations in Germany.

The service will allow customers to pick up items ordered online from any C&A store, at no extra charge. It came a week after rival retailer Karstadt unveiled a similar service.

“With click-and-collect, we come one step closer to our customers,” said C&A spokesman Thorsten Rolfes.

C&A is promoting the service with posters in 500 stores and banner ads on its website.
