German retailer Schwarz Group has outlined plans for Bulgaria. The hypermarket and superstore business plans to open just two to three new locations in calendar 2013, in addition to the imminent launch of a store in Sandanski, near the Greek and Macedonian borders.

Schwarz Group operates 63 Lidl discount stores and 43 Kaufland shops in Bulgaria.
