A notice on the wholesaler's web site said: 'The company has become insolvent and is no longer viable, due to the recent failure of the Kwik Save business and the subsequent substantial bad debt that the company has suffered.'
John Dennis was a major supplier of chilled food to Kwik Save and also ran a number of concessions in the grocer's stores.
