​Amazon research reveals independent sellers are using data and AI to boost Black Friday sales

Amazon research has revealed that many independent sellers on the platform are looking to leverage data and AI tools to capture a larger portion of sales over the Black Friday and Christmas season. 

The retail giant surveyed 5,000 small and medium-sized enterprises (SME’s) across the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and Italy, and 88% said that the holiday sales period is ”critical” for their growth.
