Retail Week’s Digital Summit welcomes a diverse audience of retailers working in digital, ecommerce, IT and technology, and encourages them to come together to collaborate, connect and share the latest thinking around digital innovation and technology.

Last year’s event welcomed 40 senior retailers from brands including Tesco, Pets at Home, Mars, Ann Summers, Harrods, M&S, Dunelm, Sainsbury’s and more, and comprised six content sessions across a breadth of topics and two dynamic networking breaks.

Expect this year’s half-day summit to explore themes such as the impact of AI and personalisation on the shopping experience, the tech investments transforming the industry and the role of digital transformation in productivity and staff engagement.
