The retailer intends to air the ads late summer, although details have yet to be confirmed.
Ads will showcase Wooly, a roving reporter, and Worth, the straight-laced anchorman, alongside the other famous faces.
Viewers will see Rolf Harris painting the characters' apartment, singer Kelly Osbourne dining with Worth and Darth Vader cooking beans on toast.
The retailer has suffered as a result of the big grocers' push into general merchandise over the past few years. The Worth It range was created in response to the value brands of supermarkets including Tesco and Asda. Woolworths will launch the range at the end of this month.
