Spanish fashion retailer Mango has continued to restructure its management team with the appointment of Toni Ruiz as chief financial officer.
Ruiz will join in mid-February.
His appointment comes as part of the process to replace Mango’s general manager Enric Casi, who will be relieved of his executive functions but continue to sit on the board.
Mango’s board is now made up of two executive vice-chairmen, Jonathan Andic and Daniel López, chairman Isak Andic and fellow board members Casi and Carlos Costa.
Ruiz has a degree in business sciences and economics from the University of Barcelona and a master’s degree in economics and company management from the IESE Business School.
He joined French home and garden retailer Leroy Merlin in 1999 and has held various positions including financial management in Spain and control and planning at international level.
