Legal & General has agreed the first three lettings at Midsummer Place at Milton Keynes since it bought the shopping centre in December last year.
After paying £216.3 million for the 418,000 sq ft (38,835 sq m) scheme, L&G commissioned Strutt & Parker to come up with a new leasing strategy.
Now Lush has agreed to take 1,189 sq ft (110 sq m) in the East Walk on a 10-year lease at £88,500 a year, reflecting £188 Zone A.
Envy, part of the Alexon Group, has taken 3,430 sq ft (320 sq m) on a 10-year lease at £195,000 a year, reflecting £200 Zone A.
Meanwhile, Abbey National has taken 4,910 sq ft (455 sq m) on a 15-year lease at £250,000 a year, reflecting £243 Zone A.
