New Look has implemented digital signage in its flagship in Dublin that opened last month to show customers the entire product offering in the store.
‘Microtiles’, cube-shaped video units installed by Mood Media Corporation, are put together to form a rectangular wall display. The content on the screens includes brand messaging and communicates the product offer that is available in store, including the latest ad campaign images.
New Look design concept manager Kirsty MacDiarmid said: “The store consists of two floors. With the ground floor being much smaller at 6,000 sq ft than the basement at 25,000 sq ft, we wanted to ensure that we were communicating our full product offer and encouraging the customer downstairs. Moving signage are much more effective at drawing the customers attention then static signage.”
The flagship is just over 30,000sqft and is currently New Look’s biggest store in the world. It opened in Dublin’s Jervis Street Shopping Centre on November 5th.
