The Perfume Shop has appointed Karen Harris and Laura Wilkinson to the newly created positions of customer director and online business director, respectively, as it looks to drive growth in both online and offline channels.
Harris was previously the retailer’s head of marketing and will be responsible for all areas of customer, loyalty marketing and public relations in her new role as customer director.
Wilkinson, previously head of digital at the Perfume Shop, will take up the position of online business director and be responsible for the evolution of the retailer’s online business via its website and mobile app.
The UK’s largest fragrance retailer also revealed its median gender pay gap in its stores was 0.95%according to its 2023 gender pay gap report reflecting “the company’s equal pay policy.”
