Mango, Elle and Orange have signed leases for stores at St Martins' 800,000 sq ft (74,320 sq m) Centrale shopping centre, which is being built in the centre of Croydon.
The Mango store has been taken by franchisee Lacoste Enterprises and will represent the first of a new format for the Spanish giant. The company plans another 12 similar stores over the next three years.
Mango will occupy a 4,235 sq ft (395 sq m) store, and Elle has agreed terms on a 3,046 sq ft (285 sq m) unit.
Orange has also joined the scheme and has signed for an 805 sq ft (75 sq m) kiosk.
Centrale is now 79 per cent let, and the second phase is due to open at Easter. Retailers already signed up for the three main malls include Allsports, Ernest Jones, The Pier and La Senza. Seven more are in solicitors' hands.
The final phase of Centrale will be completed in September next year, with the opening of a 168,000 sq ft (15,605 sq m) House of Fraser department store.
Joint letting agents for Centrale are CB Richard Ellis and Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker.
Colliers CRE acted for Elle, while King Sturge represented Orange.
