Graze.com is introducing a website outside of its online subscription offer, allowing shoppers to order individual products from its range.
The website will be a departure from Graze’s online subscription model, enabling shoppers to buy separate items, rather than committing to a daily delivery of selected products.
Graze’s individually packaged items are currently sold by retailers including Sainsbury’s, Asda, Tesco and Waitrose.
Ecommerce solution provider Session Digital is working with Graze on the site. The supplier is using Magento Commerce’s latest platform, Magento 2, to create the responsive ecommerce proposition, which will provide an improved checkout experience. Magento 2 is still in testing and Graze will be one of the first businesses to use the platform.
Graze chief technology officer Edd Read said: “Throughout our business journey so far, we have thrived on innovating with the latest tools and platforms.
“The chance to be one of the only merchants in the beta programme meant that we could get on board the platform before anyone else and provide our customers with all of the benefits Magento 2 brings.”
The snack service’s new website is poised to go live in February.
