Three fashion retailers — Ark, Superdry and Country Casuals — are set to open units in the shopping centre scheme.
Also poised to open in the scheme is computer games retailer Game, with a 2,200 sq ft store.
The 1,770 sq ft (165 sq m) Superdry store will be its first in Derby. Ark has also signed for a unit of the same size.
Fashion retailer Country Casuals, which will trade under its rebranded fascia CC, has taken a 1,750 sq ft (160 sq m) site.
The scheme, which is jointly-owned by Westfield and Hermes and opened in October 2007, notched up a 11.6 per cent increase in like for like footfall in January.
