Photography retailer Jacobs is to implement a Microsoft-based multichannel platform from Maginus across its business.
The retailer, which currently runs 17 stores, will use the system at its point of sale to replace its current website, and also within its distribution centre and back office.
Jacobs has decided to introduce the system to improve its customer service across all channels. The MCC system from Maginus is designed as a complete retail platform with EPoS, ERP and e-commerce functionality.
Jacobs general manager Elliott Jacobs said: “Our customer service offering is a top priority and even though we already provide an excellent service, we are always looking for ways to improve this even further. We went through a careful selection process, as this software is an investment in the future of the company.”
